As coach, I know that regardless of how traumatic or serious your health history is, one thing is certain:
No living person can afford to neglect his/her physical readiness.
Now, of course, that doesn’t mean one setting is appropriate for all people. That would be absurd. We all need an appropriate training environment.

Intro to Pain Free Movement is an 8-week course that will empower anyone (in pain or not) to progress in the gym safely with intention. Students will learn foundational bracing and stability to support more freedom and autonomy. This course is perfect for movers to return to their gym routine with more tools or streamline into an appropriate DEUCE offering upon completion.
