The DEUCE Entrepreneurship Fund is an unprecedented initiative in the industry that allows employees and prospective employees in our developmental pipeline to pitch and receiving funding for their entrepreneurial ventures. This fund serves both the obvious purpose of financially supporting the ventures in our system and rich developmental learning made available in the area of entrepreneurship. For those of you who are unaware, DEUCE is an organization built to provide world-class training and develop all parts of the organism indefinitely.

In order to be a system that improves by its own nature, we must enroll in the types of feedback loops that will challenge and grow us. I am committed to using DEUCE as a financially viable company engaging in business complexity that might be worth emulating.
