DEUCE Athletics was BORN to train youth athletes. Over the years, we have developed a system to deliver some of the STRONGEST athletes in the South Bay.
We are excited to announce an online program that will prepare any athlete to excel in the weight room. Done from home and no equipment needed, this 8 week course will introduce new athletes to concepts, exercises, and drills that will help them understand fundamentals that will build strength immediately and prepare them for performance training in the near future.
The reason this program is perfect for an athlete getting started is the progression and exercise selection found within the course.
We’ve carefully thought about what it takes to succeed in the gym and extracted exercises that could be done at home, organized in a way that will carefully progress to make athletes stronger and better able to handle the high demand of barbell exercises.
Not needing any additional equipment was a high priority when putting this program together. We are very excited to have answered the call and built this effective program to get youth athletes what they need:
